Our Process:
We offer security services on a “trial basis.” No long-term commitment is required. Allied Nationwide Security employees undergo extensive background checks and a rigorous training program that typically exceeds the requirements mandated by California state laws.

An experienced Security Advisor will engage with you to discuss your safety requirements and concerns. This dialogue might cover aspects like your property type, its locale, and any historical criminal activity. Our Advisor will pose further questions to help pinpoint the security solutions that align with your needs.
- Competitive Pricing Offer:
After your initial security discussion, we will present you with a comprehensive offer that includes a transparent and fair estimate. We pride ourselves on our competitive pricing and will endeavor to meet or surpass any lower quotes from our competitors. You can expect to receive this offer through email, fax, or in a face-to-face meeting.
- On-Premises Strategy Session:
Our security management will arrange an on-site visit to fully understand and evaluate your security requirements, which includes an on-the-ground walk-through to establish your tailored security strategy.
- Contract Agreement and Authorization:
We are committed to modifying the contract to ensure mutual satisfaction with the agreement, focusing on clear expectations, terms, and the extent of our services.

A bespoke security plan and specific post orders will be devised based on our agreement, client discussions, and insights from site evaluations. These post orders are comprised of comprehensive guidelines to instruct our security personnel regarding their responsibilities.
- Selection and Preparation of Security Personnel:
We handpick our security officers according to their expertise, background, and temperament to guarantee an optimal match for your protection. These officers are then meticulously briefed on the post orders for your location, along with any supplementary information essential for your site’s safeguarding. Our officers are not only certified by the state of California but are also extensively trained, dependable, well-groomed, and timely.
- Activation of Services:
Our guards will be punctual, dressed suitably, and ready for duty. They will don attire that is easily recognizable as security, tailored to the setting, varying from professional to informal. Our security approach includes daily exchanges between our guards and the management team and obligatory weekly internal meetings to ensure continuous alignment with our clients’ requirements.

- Invoicing Procedures:
For regular and long-term clients, billing is processed on a semi-monthly basis. For temporary services, we require a pre-authorization form for charges, which are processed after the service is concluded.
