With a background as a former Scout/Sniper in the US Army’s 10th Mountain Division and experience as an Operations Sergeant in the 40th Infantry Division, Vincent possesses a deep understanding of strategic planning and execution.

He has collaborated with the Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) and various multinational Government Personal Security Detail (PSD) and Executive Protection Units.
